Wanted to share a toy I hacked together yesterday! It’s called GraffitiXYZ and it lets you pin a comment on top of the video at the timestamp of your choice. Once pinned, the comment will automatically show overlaid on top of the video for other viewers!

Some context on the inspiration: In 2008, a group of Korean college students created a website where users could upload videos and viewers could react by pinning their comments on top of the video at a timestamp of their choice for two seconds. Take a look at the photo below 🙃. Bringing this back with GraffitiXYZ!

Go graffiti anything that comes to your mind (however troll-ish they may be)! Hope you’ll find it entertaining to see other people’s graffiti. IG & TikTok have started to show top comments on top of the video, but there’s something a lot more fun about the rawness & chaos that comes with GraffitiXYZ’s format :)
