Cryptocurrency exchange Hyperliquid has distributed $1.59 billion worth of HYPE tokens. This makes the HYPE airdrop one of the largest airdrops in 2024. Previously, the top three leaders in terms of the volume of tokens distributed were the Jupiter crypto exchange, the second-layer blockchain StarkNet and the memecoin Notcoin, each of these projects distributed $1 billion worth of cryptocurrency to their participants.
