I’ve had a dry cough for like 3 weeks following what (I suspect) was Covid. Took a bunch of tests and showed negative but have no explanation for this. Not super disruptive but a little annoying when I talk and lose my breath. 

Anyone else had this?

It's probably an irritation,try staying away from dusty places, and also if the weather conditions where you are is kinda harsh you'll have to take measures to protect yourself. 
Then also try taking more warm water it'll help. Then If these ones don't work then you'll have to take cough syrups or antibiotics
