Morning eye scratching helps remove overnight buildup and irritants, like dust or discharge. During sleep, eyes can dry out, causing irritation and itchiness. It's a natural reflex to remove sleep's residual discharge and moisture. I do this every day

Hmmm I think so many things can lead to that which among them might be as a result of allergies, make-up residue, dry eyes or sleep residue!!!!!!!!
