Since I couldn't post the funny meme about a goat (labelled the degen trader) trying to enter a hearth even after being stopped many times, I decided to write a short article about degen trading.
The Rise of Degen Trading: High Risk, High Reward
Degen trading, short for "degenerate trading," refers to the high-stakes, impulsive trading style often seen in speculative markets like cryptocurrency, meme stocks, or NFTs. Unlike traditional trading, which involves careful analysis and strategy, degen trading is driven by gut feelings, hype, and FOMO (fear of missing out).
Traders in this space often chase volatile assets with the hope that it could turn out big. I'll advise Base, cuz Solana is Volatile asf, it can either run you up or down in secs. Not that Base wouldn't ruin you, but since we're in the community, we could get a little insider info and therefore predict the market better.
I've had my taste of degen-trading and decided to give it a break, lol 😅😂
