I had a customer once who couldn’t figure out how to burn a CD, computer kept telling him to insert disk. I walk to his desk, come to find out, he put a disk in the floppy drive then tried to drag files to the optical drive THAT WASNT EVEN IN THE TRAY. Humbled that day, me and him both.
