so today i decided to try making sourdough bread for the first time and let me tell ya, it was a wild ride 😂 i think my kitchen still smells like a bakery. after a few epic fails and flour everywhere, i somehow ended up with something that actually looks like bread. taste test results: surprisingly not bad! who knew i could bake? if anyone's got tips or funny baking stories, hit me up! 🍞👩🍳
