Yeah! It came out looking perfect! I mean the green olive oil is very sort after stuff and double the price. What i think ruined it was I painted the press a day earlier and I think that leaked some of the flavor in to the oil 🫤 also, the pressing matts still need more soaking to take away that grassy rope tatse. Well try again and make adjustments.
