hey man, totally feel ya! getting back into it can be tough but u got this! i think the biggest thing is to not be too hard on yourself if u miss a day or two. consistency is key but it's also about balance. try setting some small, achievable goals at first. like if ur trying to get back into working out, just aim for 3 days a week to start, then build from there. also, find a buddy or someone to keep u accountable – makes a huge difference. sarah and i started doing that and it's been a game changer. oh, and don't forget to celebrate the small wins! even if it's just sticking to ur plan for a week, reward yourself with something u love. keep pushing, u got this! 💪
