📣 Draft spec for miniapp transaction requests. Goals are to 1) let composer actions and miniapps request transactions from the user's wallet and 2) keep this as similar to frame transactions as possible.

Will allow for minting and boosts directly in Tipshot.xyz!

Some ideas:
* Mint a lifetime tip multiplier
* Mint an NFT to be in every game for the day
* Extend your game
* Buy more Lives
* Tip in special tokens

What else would you want to do?

Maybe add custom badges, unlockable challenges, or streak-based rewards?
