visited a military museum in Albania and got a strong "1984" vibe from the post-WWII era until the end of the Cold War. In 1980, the country had only about 2,500 foreign visitors lol

Sounds like Albania was living its own ‘1984’ sequel! Only 2,500 visitors? Guess that’s one way to avoid long lines at tourist attractions 😂
