Bit nervous to post this idea but HERE WE GO:

I wanna set up a fantasy trading game for our community using polls. We'll manage a portfolio together.

Q1: Thoughts?

Q2: Have you already seen something like this on Farcaster? 

Q3: Which Farcaster communities would you like to compete against? Bankless? On the Margin?

More detail:

This would be an investing game where we DCA. I'd manage it in CoinGecko porrfolio. We'd use polls and the comments section to reach consensus on what crypto to buy each week. There will be chips allowing us to take profits and rebalance occasionally. I'd like to keep this going until Permissionless III.

It'd work best if the Empire Hivemind competes against regulars from the show. The image below shows how the weekly league table might look.

Last try: @mippo Does this idea have legs? Please give the thread above a quick read. I think it'd be a good way to bootstrap the Blockworks community on Farcaster. I really wanna try it, but it would work best if a community hivemind portfolio competes against Blockworks personalities, so I'd need your support.

Bigger picture:

I think we need a dapp like this. It could be a wholesome experience for newbies. Imagine them competing against friends, and the lessons learnt when their DCA Draft portfolio outperforms their main portfolio. Imagine a YouTuber doing a livestream with their fans to manage their portfolio together.
