Early Thoughts: Allocations
700M JUP will be divided into two buckets:       500M JUP and 200M JUP
-> Out of 500M JUP, 425M will go to Users and 75M will go to Stakers
-> 200M will be divided between Carrots (50–200 per wallet) and Good Cats (application-based)

•Users will be split into "Swap Users" (~2M wallets) and "Expert Traders"(about 320K wallets)

•Airdrop for Users will be tiered, not linear, because of the following reasons:
1. Massive power laws, going from $1,000 to $100,000,000
2. It must be meaningful for everyone
3. Linear distribution would penalize small cats
