There are people in my home feed that I used to see, that I never see anymore (yes, they still seem to be casting)

What happened?

@akshaan pulled some data to help dig into this. 

@samantha and @kazi it does appear that you are seeing most of july's casts unless we have a bug with the view tracking. 

@july it does appear that youre not seeing a lot of artnsarts casts, will dig into why

Nice to see you investigating this! I see too low engagements on casts these days, even the Notis don't appear properly! Any bug or it's just me?
