It’s been a little less than 3 weeks but it’s amazing how much progress you can see if you’re strict and consistent!! I started on the 12th and have gone to the gym to strength train 12/19 days. Muscle memory is starting to kick in and I feel great! I should have taken a before picture. Huge /success This isn’t the first time I’ve casted a picture of myself but it’s been a while lol. Hi, this is me.

Keep going.. daily habits ...for me its 99% what I eat and just staying mentally strong..🦾.. keep hitting those weights...
