Created in 2017 by Larva Labs, a game studio, the collection is a tribute to London’s early 1970s punk scene, cypherpunks, and pixel art.

Today, the market cap of the full collection sits at ~300K ETH (~$700 million).

Most have human-like characteristics, with rarer pieces resembling apes, zombies, and aliens.

They’ve become a way for people to represent their online identities.
