thoughts on split morn/eve prac? getting back into practice. i was doing 1-2H daily right after waking, then started a job bc my last venture failed, moved into a place with roommates + gf… i’ve been dragging my practice, doing abridged versions, doing more in bed, and doing once/wk past 2 wks. thinking about splitting my practice again into morn/eve. anyone else do that? what rituals do you do? any sense of belonging around this literally esoteric topic would bring me joy :)
