Honestly I don’t. You will already have a good intuition, follow it. Something like Huckleberry to loosely track what you’re doing and course correct. Chat with friends. Rather than trying to follow anything too prescriptive. Wonder weeks is kind of a cute app and teaches about growth spurts. Everything else gets smoother and more predictable every week. 👌
