I'd be a beer person if I could, alas the poison of gluten will ruin my days. That being said if I do see a gluten free IPA I immediately jump on it 😁

Honestly yeah, I started having major anxiety after stopping a keto diet and it turned out to be gluten, apparently 1/4 people with gluten intolerance have panic attacks/anxiety from it and 60% of people who are intolerant have no idea that they are. Makes me wonder how much anxiety out there is just because a love of sandwiches

This is really crazy, my wife has panic attacks, but we've never heard that gluten can be a cause of this!

It sounds patronising to suggest trying to cut gluten out for 2-4 weeks, I thought there was no way in hell it could be true, tried it and it pretty much stopped them. Not saying it's everyone, but well worth a shot methinks
