I haven't bought pizza since learning how to make my own dough. Mix 1 cup of greek yoghurt and 2-2.5 cups of self-raising flour. Knead in a large mixing bowl and roll out, adding more flour to prevent sticking. The above ratios should be good for 2 decent sized pizzas, or one extra large pizza.
