In person > online is what I’ve heard. I was curious to ask bc I’ve heard a lot of great things about 12 step! Sobriety is definitely the way 🤝

I did inpatient rehab followed by outpatient rehab… started attending meetings but then Covid hit. Went to a few online but it never really stuck after that
