There are no qualities in general that are successful or positive. You may find someone who is smart and hardworking, but you may find another person who can make relationships and jump faster and higher on the ladder of success.

Everyone has qualities and these qualities can be exploited well and put you in a better place for you. Just focus on what you have and develop it
