I think a lot of success can be chiseled down to focusing on one thing for a very long time (5-10 years) It’s hard to know what that thing is - and even harder to find the motivation to keep doing it for that long. Respect to anyone who has found their thing and in the trenches doing it everyday.

It's not easy to consistently do the same job for a long time. They deserve respect for that.
