Dined at Surrell in Seattle last night, at an “all tomato” tasting menu: each dish incorporated 10+ varieties of tomatoes in unique ways.

I was blown away: every course was delicious, the plating was creative, and sitting at the chef’s counter was a treat because the chef was very personable and warm.

If Michelin came to Seattle I’m convinced Surrell would be awarded at least a star
