πŸ’₯ Personal identification number for every citizen (eID) Is this a wholly bad thing? Coupling this with zero knowledge proofs you get the benefit of verification & privacy/anonymity which feels like the big unlock.

I wouldn’t necessarily neglect an EiD if - as you said - is anonymous and used for normal use cases. We can be sure it will be misused and is an important stepping stone to an algorithm enforced social credit system.
