i’ve been focused recently on making time for some healthier habits for myself outside of my work life. the most enjoyable so far have been: - yoga - reading - taking more regular walks - sleeping 7-8hrs/day - bouldering (shoutout to the team for getting me hooked on this! i fell off this winter tbh, the gym is far)
