Unitary Executive Theory is that POTUS has basically unchecked power once elected. The conventional wisdom is that presidential power is limited in many respects by statutes passed by Congress (when Congress feels like doing its job).

The Congress party's propaganda regarding the Laluk Model Hospital in our Lakhimpur district is baseless and false. The hospital still has the same number of doctors as before, and as a result, the public will continue to receive healthcare services just as they did earlier.

Wann ist es Nötigung (§ 240 StGB)? Es braucht eine „Drohung mit einem empfindlichen Übel“ oder den „Einsatz von Gewalt“, um eine Person zu einem Verhalten zu zwingen. „Den Eindruck erwecken, dass etwas verpflichtend ist“ reicht nicht aus, um Nötigung zu erfüllen.

Das Demonstrieren wurde nicht untersagt, sondern die mutwillige Nötigung anderer. Polizisten kündigen an was folgt, wenn man nicht folge leistet. Selbstgemachte Probleme!

Ganz einfach: Weil eine Sitzblockade eine Nötigung nach § 240 StGB darstellt. Wer sich in Deutschland der geltenden (Straf-)Rechtsordnung zuwider verhält, ist nicht friedlich.

Das was da jetzt öffentlich gezeigt wurde Drohungen an CDU, Erpressung und Nötigung durch Grünen und SPD mit rupfen der Union ist das für mich gesehen das eben nicht wert da würde ich hin schmeißen und auf Kanzlerschaft verzichten, denn diese 100 Milliarden, wird nicht abgewogen

Alle Politiker abwählen, erst mal Bilanz ziehen, alle unfähigen und Geld Verschwender für immer entfernen(ohne weitere Bezüge, sonst Rückzahlung ihrer Schulden). Und dann den Berufspolitiker verbieten, Verbot von Personen die Posten hatten bei zb Black Rock, NGO's usw.
