First time dad-to-be and ETA is T-minus ~two weeks. FC parents - what are you glad you knew / wish you knew a few weeks out?

Bring your own blanket and pillow to the hospital for when you have to sleep there. Let the nurses help you as much as possible (changing diapers, swaddling, and giving you guys a little break)
