Interesting take (I like the term “internet distribution era”). Still sounds like being a creator to me, but I see the nuance. Will be much more content generated, so filtering is becomes the key differentiator. Same energy as film vs digital photography, no?

I think this will be—and is already viewed as—an important case for a few different reasons. Among them is how MEV protocols are viewed under law due to their proximity to Ethereum’s consensus mechanism. I’m curious others’ thoughts on this aspect. Is this case problematic—or legitimizing?

Saw that my senators and representatives didn’t vote yes on SAB 121 repeal. Called both offices today to leave a comment. Specifically about how they should be voting yes on the FIT21 bill. This is SUPER IMPORTANT to do this
