Hey-o. I'm here, but find it REALLY difficult to get any sort of engagement with questions I have on simple things (like wer raffle picker?  And honestly, confused by how things work in general. 

It's probably a time-in issue, and consistency on my end but feel like I'm talking to a vacuum most of the time.
