This means sign ups are off for the moment.

I noticed that as well, yesterday. Saw a cast from Dan that the email sever was down and that affected sign ups 

Thought it would be resolved by now though

I would like to know what is happening, I am trying to help someone create an account and the create account button remains disabled.
