the reason we chose 3 Eth + 0.15 max per person for Larry (min 20 people) is because

at 30% distributed to the round, that means top 10 holders from round can't own more than 15%, which is metric used by some dexs as a coin quality metric, and seems like a sensible approach.

it does seem that some snipers are buying up a lot of supply on open market and counteracting this effort, though
