I think the main sybil problem with onchain poker is when multiple players at the same table are collaborating against the others, pooling their information - this occurs even with human players

can imagine the best players reselling each other information in real time - it might actually make for an interesting game (that is very different to poker)

Blackjack is more resistant to this problem and could be a good place to start. Also as a frame!
