instead of launching a token right away, larry launches a round that anyone with a neynar score > 0.95 can participate in, that then launches an ERC-20 if 3 eth is raised in 15 mins

So having used Larry there are various flaws still:

- no hardcap.
- snipers are still giga sniping launches after bonding. Even more snipers than clanker launches surprisingly.
- anyone that buys after the bonding launch is getting rekt

Stopping People from scooping 5% of the supply and dumping next second should be the priority. 🤦
