frames-v2

I'm building a v2 frame and I'm trying to test it locally.  It seems like frames.js is the right (only?) way to do that.  Currently it does not like my fc:frame meta data.  BUT it also does not like the `hackathontoken.com` frame either (for the same reason), so I must not be doing something right.  Any advice?

Thank you.  In case it helps others: when I originally posted this question I didn’t have v2 as an option because I had an older version of frames.js debugger installed.
