Why is mine not responding to the bot, even though I am eligible?

There was really no response at all from the bot

I am very sure I qualify, because Suya has been tagged by qualified people and I got 35k social from them.And the problem now is when I make a cast and want to claim it, the bot doesn't respond at all.
