Interesting. Have you come across this project called Parcl? They have tokenized cities. I'm confused on the difference between tokenizing a city and tokenizing an apartment in that city. Tokenizing an apartment or villa would derive value from the value of the physical value as well. But when a city is tokenized, would it mean that the economy of that city is tokenized or the geographical area that it encompasses? Or both?
