One Fed governor dissented for the first time since 2005 in favor of a 25 bps rate cut. 4. Fed gained "greater confidence" that inflation is moving to 2% 5. The most important metrics for an L1 that nobody ever talks about: The number of successful apps built on top, i.e. the โ€œGDPโ€ of the ecosystem. Ethereum is still king on this one. Hereโ€™s the breakdown across the entire landscape (top 20 projects by 365-day fees): Ethereum: 11 projects Solana: 3 projects (including USDC here) BNB: 3 projects Tron: 2 projects (including Tether here) BTC (L1 only) Notably missing from the list: Avalanche.
