It allows you to bootstrap a Solana React native app that comes with pre configured Wallet Adapter for external wallet Connection, Sign Mesage Utility and ability to send txns. 
Just bootstrap app and start building Mobile first experience.

And I soon I am going to add Support for Expo and Anchor,all natively just bootstrap and build
