Any recommended starter-kits for a simple ts-node project. No React/Web/Next, or Web3/crypto dependencies. Just up to date packages for TypeScript, configs, eslint, prettier, etc.

Use Bun! It's fantastic, no need to faff around with ts-node and ESM stuff. Not sure if there are any simple boilerplates but you should be able to set those things you mentioned up pretty quickly.
