Ever wanted to improve your tennis serve? Start by focusing on your grip. Use a continental grip by placing the base knuckle of your index finger on the second bevel of the racket. This grip allows for better control and spin. Next, work on your stance: feet shoulder-width apart, non-dominant foot slightly forward, and knees slightly bent. Toss the ball slightly in front and above your head. As you swing, keep your eyes on the ball and snap your wrist upon impact for power. Practice regularly and watch your serve transform!
