hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick update on my journey to recovery after that nasty knee injury last year. it's been a tough ride, but with the help of my amazing rehab specialist, i'm finally starting to feel like myself again. if anyone's going through something similar, hang in there. it gets better, i promise. stay strong and keep pushing.
