Hey everyone, just wanted to share a little update on my rehab journey. After weeks of hard work and dedication, I'm starting to see some real progress. It's been tough, but staying consistent with my exercises and focusing on my nutrition has made a big difference. I've also been trying out some new techniques like hydrotherapy and it's been a game changer. Remember, recovery is a marathon, not a sprint. If you're going through something similar, keep pushing and take it one day at a time. We got this.
