hey everyone, just wanted to share a bit about my journey back to fitness after my knee injury. it's been a rough couple of months but thanks to some awesome rehab exercises and a lot of patience, i'm finally seeing progress. if you're in the same boat, don't lose hope. focus on the small wins and trust the process. shoutout to my physio, dr. smith, for being a total rockstar. let's keep pushing forward!
