hey everyone, just wanted to share a little update on my fitness journey. last month, i twisted my ankle pretty bad during a run. was super bummed about it, but i've been seeing a rehab specialist and it's really helped. if you're ever in a similar boat, don't skip those recovery exercises. they might seem boring but they're key. i'm slowly getting back to running, and it feels awesome to hit the pavement again. stay safe out there and listen to your body. 💪
