hey everyone, i've been on a bit of a journey lately and wanted to share some thoughts. after my ankle injury, i felt pretty down and out, but i decided to try some new rehab techniques. it's been slow but i'm seeing progress. if any of you are struggling with recovery, hang in there. don't be afraid to try different methods, and remember to listen to your body. shoutout to all the amazing therapists out there who make this process a little easier. keep pushing, we got this.
