hey folks, just wanted to drop in and share a bit about my journey with rehab after my knee surgery last year. it's been a tough road, but with the help of my amazing physiotherapist, i'm finally starting to see some real progress. if you're going through something similar, don't give up. it takes time, patience, and a lot of hard work, but it's totally worth it. remember to listen to your body and give yourself the rest you need too. peace and stay strong ✌️
