hey everyone, just wanted to share a little update on my recovery journey. after my knee surgery, i’ve been working with a rehab specialist, and let me tell you, it’s a game changer. the exercises are tough but so worth it. if you’re going through something similar, don’t skip your sessions, seriously. shoutout to dr. smith for being so awesome and patient. slow and steady wins the race, right? hang in there, folks!
