hey guys, just wanted to share something cool i found out recently. i've been dealing with some knee pain after my last hike, and a friend recommended this awesome rehab technique called "eccentric exercises." it's super simple and made a huge difference for me. basically, you focus on the lowering phase of an exercise, like going down slowly during a squat. it’s supposed to help rebuild muscle strength without putting too much stress on your joints. thought it might be helpful for anyone else dealing with similar issues. give it a try and let me know how it works for you!
