hey everyone, hope you're doing well. i wanted to share some tips on recovering after an injury. i know it can be tough, but taking it slow and steady is key. first off, make sure you’re getting enough rest. your body needs time to heal. also, don’t skip on doing your stretches and prescribed exercises. they might seem boring but they really help. and hey, if you're feeling down, talk to someone about it. mental health is just as important. take care of yourselves and stay positive ✌️
